Listing Properties & Units
Learn how to add properties, create bookable units, set pricing, and meet the requirements to go live on the platform.
1 Add your first property
A property is a physical location — a vacation rental house, an apartment building, a cabin, etc. From your dashboard, navigate to Properties and click New Property.
You'll need to provide:
- Name — A descriptive name for your property
- Address — The full physical address
- Description — A detailed description to attract guests
- Photos — High-quality images of the property (exterior, common areas)
2 Add units to your property
A unit is an individual bookable space within a property. A single cabin is one unit. An apartment building might have multiple units. Each unit can be booked independently.
For each unit, provide:
- Name — e.g., "Lakeside Suite" or "Cabin A"
- Description — What makes this unit special
- Unit type — Entire place, private room, shared room, etc.
- Bedrooms & bathrooms — Number of each
- Max guests — Maximum occupancy
- Photos — Interior photos of the unit
- Amenities — WiFi, kitchen, parking, etc.
3 Set pricing
Each unit needs pricing before it can be published. At minimum, set:
- Base nightly rate — The standard per-night price
- Minimum stay — Minimum number of nights per booking
You can also configure seasonal rates to adjust pricing for peak periods, holidays, or off-season discounts. Seasonal rates override the base rate for their configured date range.
4 Publishing requirements
Important
Two conditions must be met before you can publish a unit and make it visible to guests:
- Your company must be verified by an administrator
- Your Stripe Connect account must be connected and fully onboarded
If either requirement is not met, you'll see an error message when attempting to change a unit's status to "published." You can still create and configure everything in advance — just save it as a draft until both requirements are satisfied.
See our guides on Getting Started (verification) and Stripe Connect Setup (payments) for details.
5 How to publish
Once both requirements are met, go to the unit's edit page and change the status to Published. The unit will immediately become visible on your subdomain and in the platform's property search.
Your live booking page will be available at your subdomain URL, for example:
