Track your property performance with real-time analytics. Understand revenue trends, booking patterns, and guest behavior.

1 Accessing analytics

Navigate to Analytics in your dashboard sidebar. The analytics dashboard shows data across all properties in your current company.

Use the date range filter at the top to focus on a specific time period.

2 Revenue metrics

  • Total revenue — Sum of all completed booking payments
  • Average daily rate — Average nightly price across all bookings
  • Revenue by property — Breakdown showing which properties earn the most
  • Revenue over time — Monthly trend chart

3 Booking metrics

  • Total bookings — Count of bookings in the period
  • Occupancy rate — Percentage of available nights that were booked
  • Average booking duration — Average number of nights per stay
  • Cancellation rate — Percentage of bookings that were cancelled
  • Booking day-of-week — Which days guests check in most often
  • Top performing units — Units ranked by revenue or booking count

4 Guest metrics

  • Unique guests — Total number of distinct guests
  • Repeat guest rate — Percentage of guests who have booked more than once
  • Average rating — Mean guest review score
  • Rating distribution — Breakdown of 1–5 star reviews

5 Views and conversion

Track how guests discover and interact with your properties:

  • Property views — How many times your property pages were viewed
  • Unit views — How many times individual unit pages were viewed
  • Most viewed — Your top properties and units by view count
  • Conversion funnel — View-to-booking-to-payment conversion rates
  • View trends — Daily view counts over time
