Guest Reviews

Build trust and reputation with guest reviews. Learn how the review system works for both property owners and guests.

1 How reviews work

After a guest's stay is completed, they receive a review invitation via email. The invitation contains a unique link that allows them to leave a rating and comment without needing to sign in.

Review invitations are sent automatically the day after check-out and remain valid for 14 days.

2 Leaving a review (guests)

Guests can leave reviews in two ways:

  • Email invitation link — Click the link in the review invitation email
  • Guest dashboard — Sign in and navigate to My Reviews

Each review includes a 1–5 star rating and an optional written comment. Only one review is allowed per booking.

3 Responding to reviews (owners)

You'll receive a notification when a guest leaves a review. Navigate to Reviews in your dashboard to see all reviews for your properties.

From the review detail page, you can submit an owner response (up to 1,000 characters). Your response is visible publicly alongside the guest's review, so it's a great opportunity to thank guests or address concerns.

Tip

Responding to reviews — even negative ones — shows future guests that you're attentive and care about their experience. Keep responses professional and constructive.

4 Review visibility

Published reviews are displayed on your property's explore page. Guests can see the average rating, total review count, and individual reviews with your responses.

Reviews go through a brief moderation period before being published. Our admin team may flag reviews that violate platform guidelines.
